Location: Camp Greene Wood (MiQuachi Training Center) Woodridge, IL

Blended learning is a convenient way for leaders to learn CPR/AED/First Aid. This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to act in emergency until professional medical help arrives. The first part of the training is online and takes approximately 4 hours to complete. You do not need to complete the training in one sitting; you can do a section and log back in to finish at a later time. You have 14 days from the time you log in to complete the online portion. During the second part of the training a Certified Instructor leads a skills session where participants’ skills are learned/practiced and then assessed with scenario tools. You must complete the skills session within 30 days after you have completed the first part – the online portion.
The dates below are for your skills sessions - the second part of the Blended Learning – this is what you register for to attend in person. About two weeks prior to your skills session you will receive an e-mail confirmation for the online portion that will include a user name, password and link for your session.
For: Adults who will be service as the trained First-Aider for troop/group camping trips and other activities listed in the Safety Activity Checkpoints that require a First-Aider.
Registration for this section is now closed.
